§ Mr. CurryNo specific discussions have been recently held with the French. However when the EC minimum landing size for bass, introduced in 1990, was being negotiated, the Government discussed the issue with other member states as well as with the European Commission.
I am willing to take up any issue concerning fisheries conservation with any opposite numbers when there is clear evidence of cause for concern.
