§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe have already made provision for a modest technical co-operation programme with Vietnam and have agreed with the Government of Vietnam that the priority for the transfer of know-how under this programme should be the management of economic reform. We are discussing a project that will provide training in this area to four or five key Vietnamese institutions.
