Mr. John M. TaylorThe Queen's Speech confirmed the Government's intention to bring forward legislation in this session to enable leaseholders of flats to acquire the freehold or to extend their leases. A commonhold scheme for the freehold ownership and communal management of flats will follow as soon as parliamentary time allows.
