§ Mr. McLoughlinLess than one third of TECs have had a change of chairman since becoming operational. It would therefore be inappropriate at this stage to calculate an average length of time that individuals spend as TEC chairmen.
As long as an individual remains eligible for the position of TEC chairman, there is no present length of service expected.
