§ Mr. Charles WardleSince the beginning of last year, about 160 representations have been received from right hon. and hon. Members and about 75 letters from members of the public.
After a further review of the need for a visa requirement for Polish nationals, the Prime Minister decided to lift it with effect from 1 July.
The position will be reviewed after two years in the light of experience of the effects of this change.
