§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 2 June 1992]: Following a review of the urban programme new guidelines were published on 20 February 1992 aimed at strengthening its impact. These included the revised eligibility and priority criteria which will apply to future 590W applications for funding under the urban programme. A copy of the guidelines has been placed in the Library of the House.
