§ Mr. Garel-JonesI am not aware of any such proposals. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs plans to meet his Spanish counterpart to discuss Gibraltar later in the year, in one of the regular bilateral meetings under the Brussels negotiating process.
