§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe additional balance of payments aid for Zambia and Zimbabwe, announced on 4 March and 29 April in response to the drought and totalling £10 million and 7.5 million respectively, is being made available by way of reimbursement of completed and satisfactorily documented fuel oil transactions subject to undertakings that equivalent sums will be allocated to purchase food or other drought-related goods.
