§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe have stressed to Sierra Leone's National Provisional Ruling Council in Freetown the importance we attach to human rights, in particular that those detained following the coup be released or properly charged. We have also asked them to honour their commitment to return Sierra Leone to multiparty democracy as soon as possible.
