To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will arrange to visit RAF Fylingdales; and if he will make a statement on the timetable to make the new station operational.

My right hon. and learned Friend currently has no plans to visit RAF Fylingdales. I can confirm that the modernisation programme is on schedule.
