§ Mr. NorrisA proposed steering committee for small passenger boats will include three marine directorate district chief surveyors and representatives of the small passenger boat operators' associations. The committee will discuss the effect of future safety legislation on the United Kingdom small passenger boat industry, the problems of implementing current legislation, and general safety matters relating to the small passenger boat industry.
