To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to her answer of 20 May,Official Report, columns 172–73, why copies of the consultation document on the application by Greenwich health services for trust status were not available to members of the Greenwich community health council at its meeting on the evening of 14 May.

In April Greenwich community health council was consulted by the regional health authority about arrangements for the public consultation exercises. Had it indicated that it required copies of the application for its meeting on 14 May, these would have been made available.
