(2) what will be the terms of reference, membership and composition of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 review team;
(3) when the review of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 will be completed.
§ Mr. BaldryThe Government have in hand a review of the operation of the Caravan Sites Act 1968, with the aim of reducing the nuisance of illegal encampments. We hope to issue shortly a public consultation paper containing our proposals for reform; and comments from individuals will be welcome.
