They do not cover expenditure by the former Training Agency, Training Commission and Manpower Services Commission. Figures for these were provided to the hon. Member in a written reply on 5 November 1991 at col. 68–70. From 1991–92, expenditure by the former agency has been handled centrally within the Department's overall advertising and publicity budget.
The Department's overall advertising and publicity budget for 1992–93 is £8.35 million. Detailed decisions on expenditure by media category have not yet been taken.
