§ Mr. Gwilym JonesPharmacists receiving unwanted medicines are subject to a wide range of waste management controls including a requirement to complete consignment notes. Representations from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain on the controls that apply to the disposal of unwanted medicines are being considered in the context of the review of the Control of Pollution (Special Waste) Regulations 1980.
