§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence, further to paragraphs 342–348 on defence and the environment, in the "Statement on the Defence Estimates 1992", Cm 1981, if he will set out the present programmes managed by his Department for the minimisation and disposal of toxic and radioactive wastes and details of future plans developed by his Department to deal with these wastes, respectively.
