§ Mr. KeyI represented the United Kingdom. Ministers agreed on a decision for a Community action plan to assist tourism for a three-year period, commencing on 1 January next year. Ministers also noted two factual Commission documents which outline Community policies and measures affecting tourism and the Community resources available for tourism.
