§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe understand that a Swedish-Russian commission has been set up to investigate the disappearance of Raoul Wallenberg: and that Russia has granted Sweden access to Soviet MFA and KGB files. We assume that the Swedish Government will publish any further details about Wallenberg's fate which are uncovered.
