§ Mr. LeighMy Department circulated a draft Property Misdescriptions (Specified Matters) Order for public consultation last December. The proposed order is being redrafted in the light of responses to the consultation, and my hon. and noble Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Consumer Affairs and Small Firms intends to lay it before Parliament as soon as possible.
