To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on the policy underlying the omission of mention of United Kingdom obligations under article VI of the nuclear proliferation treaty in the preparation of paragraphs 135–137, on nuclear proliferation, on page 22 of the "Statement on the Defence Estimates 1992", Cm 1981.
