To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will make a statement on the expected costs of compensation for individual medical practitioners whose legal status is not recognised by the current United Kingdom system of accreditation, as a result of EC directives 75/362 and 75/363 and of the Frankovitch case in the European Court of Justice.
