§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health (Baroness Cumberlege)New guidelines on family planning services, issued by the Department of Health in January, draw attention to the special needs of young people. Regional health authorities have recently undertaken a comprehensive review of family planning services. We shall be giving careful consideration to their reports and, in light of these, to the future development of service provision towards the objectives set out in the White Paper.
