§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the President of the Board of Trade what plans he has to bring forward proposals during the United Kingdom presidency of the European Council to reduce the secrecy stipulations in article 194 of the treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Agency.
§ Mr. EggarThe Commission has the exclusive right to bring forward proposals in the fields covered by the treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community. We are not aware that the Commission has any plans to make proposals in respect of article 194.
