§ Mr. MacleanThe implications of any power generation proposals for water resources will depend on the particular form of the proposals, and will have to be taken into account in any necessary abstraction or discharge authorisations. Abstractions from tidal waters are, however, very unlikely to have significant implication for domestic water usage.
