§ Mr. HeseltineThe current objectives of the various parts of the Department are set out in the HMSO publications "The Government's Expenditure Plans 1992–93 to 1994–95" for Trade and Industry—Cm 1904—and for Energy—Cm 1905. I announced on 3 July my plans for reorganising the combined Department. These plans include the introduction of the management information system for Ministers—MINIS—system of objective-setting and resource allocation. The first MINIS round will be completed by next spring, and the results—which will show the objectives of each division—will be placed in the Library.
