Mr. Burt

All staff in DSS and its next steps agencies are made aware of the guidance given in the civil service pay and conditions of service code relating to civil servants' shareholdings. The provisions apply to all staff equally. Staff are required to report shareholdings which may present a potential conflict of interest but no records are kept centrally of such reports.
