§ Mr. NorrisGuidance for members of the Department and its executive agencies is in the departmental staff handbook. Staff are asked to consult with the Department's personnel management directorate if they are in any doubt about the propriety of holding shares.
In the last five years eight members of staff have reported that they have shareholdings.
