§ Mr. Michael AlisonAs shown in their annual reports and accounts the additional net amount borrowed by the Church Commissioners in 1989 amounted to £133 million and in 1990 to £70 million. The total outstanding at the end of 1990 amounted to £518 million which was reduced to £383 million in the course of 1991 by net repayments of £135 million.
