§ Mr. ScottThe President of the Independent Tribunal Service, His Honour Judge Holden, has made representations to the department about payment of fees to members of social security appeal tribunals. Our policy on fees for tribunal members is to pay a fee where membership requires specialist skills or knowledge. This is not the case for SSAT members.
