§ Mr. NorrisIn the past 10 years the Department's air accidents investigation branch has submitted a total of 73 formal investigation reports to the Secretary of State. Forty-seven of those reports were investigations into accidents to fixed-wing aircraft; 26 related to helicopter accidents.
