§ Mr. NelsonRules on the management of investments under the Act are a matter for the Securities and Investments Board and the self-regulating organisations. The Investment Management Regulatory Organisation issued in May this year a consultation document which reviews the rules applicable to occupational pension schemes and recommends changes.
