§ Mr. Stewart[holding answer 29 June 1992]: As announced by my right hon. Friend on 6 March, the Scottish Office superannuation division, which administers the national health service superannuation scheme in Scotland, is to be launched as a next steps agency by the autumn. The framework document under which the agency will operate will he available by the launch date which will be announced as soon as possible.
