To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will give details of(a) the number of security force personnel and (b) the cost of policing each legal parade or march held in (i) Newry town, (ii) Armagh, (iii) Newtownhamilton or (iv) Markethill in each of the past three years.

Social security operational matters are the responsibility of the chief executive of the Social Security Agency. However, I understand that the cold weather payment system was not triggered in any part of Northern Ireland during the winter of 1991–92.
