§ Mr. LeighUnder the enterprise initiative consultancy help scheme, the DTI pays up to two thirds of the cost of consultancy projects, for small and medium-sized enterprises, in the following areas: business planning, design, financial and management information systems, manufacturing and services systems, marketing and quality.
