§ Mr. MacleanCompliance monitoring is carried out on all processes authorised under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Radioactive Substances Act 1960. The prescribed inspection frequency depends on the type of process, the operator competence ratings and the pollution release potential of the process.
