§ Mr. David HuntThis is one of the most important projects being undertaken in Europe today. It will provide a new opportunity for access to continental Europe for freight as well as business and leisure travel, to the considerable benefit of the whole of Britain. I am certain that both existing and future businesses in Wales will share in the benefits the channel tunnel will bring.
