§ Mrs. FyfeTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) how much of the speech therapy provision announced on 24 February is to be distributed to(a) under-fives, (b) children in mainstream education and (c) children with mental handicaps;
(2) what is the estimated cost of speech therapy provision for children with records of needs in each of the regional council areas; and how many such children there are in each.
