asked Her Majesty's Government:

When they expect to complete and publish the Department of Transport survey into comparative journey times in London and whether, in view of the increasing number of cyclists, the survey includes comparisons of journeys by cycle.

A trial survey was completed in March and it is planned to publish in the autumn. Information was collected on rail, bus and car journey times. Cycle times were not measured.
