To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many premises registered with the factory inspectorate have not been inspected in the last 10 years.

Information about the number of fixed premises registered with the Health and Safety Executive's factory inspectorate that have not been inspected in the last 10 years is not readily available. I will write to the hon. Member.
