§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeIn 1989, 143 members of staff in the Home Office were registered disabled, representing 0.3 per cent. of all staff. In 1990, the number was 147.5, again approximately 0.3 per cent. No record has been kept of staff with disabilities who have chosen not to register.
