§ Mr. Neil Hamilton[holding answer 7 July 1992]: A report on progress under the deregulation initiative for the period up to 30 June 1992 is currently in preparation. A copy will be placed in the Library of the House when it has been completed. A report of the achievements under the initiative over the past 18 months is planned for publication in the autumn.
