To ask the Secretary of Statefor Wales (1) if he will list any public appointments by his Department since 1987 which have involved people from organisations criticised in published reports by DTI inspectors;

(2) If he will list any advisers retained by his Department since 1987 who have been criticised in published reports by DTI inspectors.
