§ Mr. Wigley

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will give the total numbers of(a) sets of (i) twins, (ii) triplets, (iii) quadruplets, (iv) quintuplets and (v) sextuplets born in Scotland in each year from 1980 to 1991, (b) maternities in Scotland in each year and (c) multiple births of each type in each year which were conceived as a result of (1) IVF, (2) GIFT and (3) other forms of assisted conception.
