HC Deb 13 July 1992 vol 211 c439W
Mr. Jenkin

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what assessment he has made on the effects for the United Kingdom of article 138a of the treaty of Rome, inserted by the treaty of Maastricht, dealing with pan-European political parties.

Mr. Garel-Jones
