(3) what was the average daily vehicular flow on the A419 between Swindon and Cirencester in (a) 1980, (b) 1985 and (c) the latest year for which figures are available.
§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe latest available estimates are for 1990 when the average daily traffic flow was 17,000 vehicles on the A417 between Gloucester and Cirencester, 25,000 on the A419 between Swindon and Cirencester and 14,000 on the A420 between Swindon and Oxford. The Department's national traffic surveys do not allow changes in traffic levels between years to be estimated for particular roads.
