§ Mr. Peter LloydThis subject has not yet been discussed at ministerial level. As part of its consideration of gambling in the single market, officials of the European Commission met officials from all member states on 2 and 3 April to discuss the issues. We understand that there is wide support amongst other member states for our view that gambling policy should remain a matter for national authorities.
