§ The Prime MinisterAt my initiative the EC and its member states agreed an eight point plan to follow up the Earth summit at the Lisbon Council last month. It included a proposal for establishing an international review process for the forest principles agreed at the Earth summit. We intend to take this forward during our presidency.
