To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) how many requests for review of attendance allowance there have been in Carlisle following unsuccessful claims;

(2) how many claims have been made in Carlisle for disability living allowance since its introduction;

(3) how many claims were made in Carlisle for attendance allowance in the financial year ended April;

(4) how many people in Carlisle who claimed attendance allowance were successful; and at what rates;

(5) how many claims in Carlisle were made under special rules and what percentage was successful.
