§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleWe have made no recent changes in the arrangements for handling constituency inquiries by hon. Members to our regional offices. We continue to require these to be replied to promptly and fully; the same requirements apply to inquiries from members of the public. We have no plans to review the arrangements.
