§ Mr. NeedhamIf right hon. and hon. Members have any evidence about false declarations in regard to any aspect of export licensing, I should be glad to receive it. However, it has been a long-standing practice to protect the confidential nature of export licence applications. Since the vast majority of such applications are made in good faith by responsible exporters, I intend to maintain the practice of confidentiality.
